Mr. Palle Sadhik

Palle Sadhik has academic expertise in HRM, OB, Strategic Management, Leadership Management, Entrepreneurship, and Design Thinking. He has presented research papers at various National and International Conferences and published in different journals. He has qualified in UGC NET (Management) and AP SET (Management).
He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from the Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi. He participated in a 28-day orientation program at the University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad, India, which was sponsored by the University Grants Commission and organized by UGC- Academic Staff College.
He participated in a 21-day Refresher Course on “Research Methodology” that was sponsored by the University Grants Commission and held at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad, India. He attended IIT Kharagpur’s short-term educational research and analytics course and a short-term Course on “Statistical Package for Social Sciences” in HRD, MANUU, Hyderabad.
