Mr. Tarun Bothra is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience as a corporate trainer and educator, currently serving as a visiting faculty at Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR). He conducts freelance training sessions on various finance topics, including Financial Modelling, Equity Research, Investment Banking, and Project Finance, across premier B-Schools such as IIM Indore and SIBM Pune. With over 6,000 hours of classroom training, he has trained more than 10,000 professionals, including MBAs and CAs.
Previously, Mr. Bothra held managerial roles in Kotrike Fin Advisory Services Ltd., where he provided business valuation services to U.S. firms, and served as a research analyst at Aranca Pvt. Ltd., engaging with CEOs and CFOs to perform detailed valuations. His career also includes significant experience at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, where he specialized in valuing both public and private companies. He holds an MBA in Finance from SIBM Pune and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from IET DAVV.
