Dr. Satnam Ubeja is an experienced academic with 22 years of teaching expertise in the field of Retail Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Sales and Distribution Management, and Design Thinking Research Methodology. Her passion lies in conducting research related to Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behavior, and Customer Satisfaction. Her specific research interests include areas such as Customer Experience, Customer Journey, and Customer Citizenship Behavior.
Dr. Satnam Ubeja received the Best Paper award at different international conferences. She also received RULA Innovation and Betterment excellence award in Excellence Research in Management in 2018, Also received the Best Academician Award from Sikh Association M.P.
Aside from her academic pursuits, Dr. Ubeja has also gained valuable administrative experience throughout her career. She has held various administrative roles, including Coordinator for International Conferences, Cultural Head, Admission Head, and Course Coordinator. Furthermore, she is a Life Coach Counsellor and possesses strong creative thinking skills.
Dr. Ubeja’s teaching experience spans across different academic disciplines and degree programs. She has taught subjects such as Maths and Marketing to students pursuing B.Sc, B. Pharma, BCA, BBA, M.Sc (Maths), B.Sc (Biotech), B.Com, MCM, MCA, M.Com, MBA, and BE degrees.
Dr. Ubeja’s approach to education is centered on prioritizing student satisfaction. She believes in adapting to the ever-changing educational environment and demonstrates flexibility in her teaching methods.
