Dr Rashmi Gharia is an enthusiastic academician with over  13 years of rich experience in academics.  She has also registered as PhD Supervisor in Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidhyalaya, Indore.  She has guided more than 200 students for their major and minor research projects and field work assignments. She has attended 40+ FDPs and SDPs organized by IIMs, IITs and various reputed institutions across India. She has also conducted sessions on HR Analytics under Management Analytics Certification Program, CHRMP. She has attended a number of national and international conferences and presented papers in them besides she has around 30+ International and National Publications in reputed journals like ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science and UGC Care.  She has written a number of cases which is published in national and international journals like JCR, XIMB, Shodh and one of the case is uploaded on European Case Clearing House, Cranfield University, UK
