Dr Deepti Bajpai obtained a Ph.D. from D.A.V.V., Indore in Management (H.R.) on the Topic “A study of Manpower Planning in Indian Banks.”. She is a Gold Medalist in M.B.A. (H.R./Marketing), M.A. in Geography, and M.A. in English Literature from D.A.V.V., Indore.

She is passionate about training the students in G.D. / P.I. and making them corporate savvy, and has a rich and very relevant industry experience to support her in this endeavor.

She has undergone a two month (June –August 2006) Training the Trainer Program (TTT) in Jaipur, Rajasthan while working with Genpact and is one of the Trained Trainers in India in the area of Voice, Accent and Phonetics in English.

She has attended, presented and published papers in various National and International Conferences in the areas of Human Resource, Communication and Phonetics.
