Dr. Deepak Jaroliya is Director, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) with Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore. He is managing Internal Quality Assurance Cell since 2012 and successfully handled NAAC Accreditation Process consecutively three times and Institute accredited in First Cycle (2009) with Grade A (CGPA 3.11), Second Cycle (2014) with Grade A (CGPA 3.33) and Third Cycle (2021) with Grade A++ (CGPA 3.57). Professor Jaroliya has also acted as Nodal Officer for Governance Benchmarking Activity 2019-20, where PIMR, Indore being identified as the most promising Higher Educational Institution in the State of Madhya Pradesh by Department of Higher Education (M.P. Govt.) in Association with World Bank.
With the quality initiatives of IQAC, Institute acknowledged as Mentor Institution by UGC under UGC PARAMARSH Scheme since 2019 and presently, Professor Jaroliya is also working as Accreditation Ambassador as per UGC PARAMARSH Scheme since 2019 and mentoring seven NAAC Aspiring government institutions in the state of M.P. In the able guidance, IQAC conducted Academic and Administrative Audit in 2019 by External Agency MET recognized by State of Gujarat Government and Received A++ Grade in the Audit. In the year 2019, IQAC Organized National Revised Accreditation Workshop in Association with NAAC and it has witnessed more than 100 participants from varied parts of nation. In 2016, IQAC has organized Three Days National Workshop on Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) Sponsored by NAAC to facilitate the implementation of CBCS System as per UGC Guidelines.
Dr. Jaroliya is Professor in the area of Systems and Analytics and is associated with Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore since 2004. He is recognized Phd Supervisor in the Faculty of Management of Devi Ahilya University, Indore. Presently, he is the on the Editorial Board of Prestige International Journal of Management and Research as Managing Editor. Dr. Jaroliya is also a member on the review panel of Tata McGraw Hill Education Private Limited. He is Secretary cum Treasurer of Indian Society of Technical Education, Indore Chapter. He is life member of National HRD Network. Beside this,
He has conducted and participated in various development workshops organized by top business schools like Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore etc. He has conducted workshops for various organizations like JMC Projects (India) Ltd., Indian Postal Department, M.P. Police Training Center etc. He has presented research papers at various national and international conferences held at IIM, Ahmedabad, ISB, Hyderabad; IIT, Bombay; NITIE, Mumbai; IIM, Khozikode; SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai; NIRMA University, Ahmedabad etc. His research and teaching area includes Digital Marketing, MS- Excel, Cyber Security, E-Commerce and Research Methods.
He has published research papers, cases and articles in varied disciplines of management and actively involved in editorial work. He has thirty four publications to his credit in Scopus Indexed, UGC Care Listed and Peer Reviewed Journal. He has edited five books titled “Information and Communication Technologies: Enhancing Business Competencies Through Innovative Practices”; “Value Creation for Competitive Differentiation (Emerging Trends in HRM and Marketing” and “Value Creation for Competitive Differentiation (Emerging Financial and Technological Trends)” in the year 2011 “Managing in the New World Order: Strategies for Sustainable Business Development” in the year 2010 and “IT Enabled Practices and Emerging Management Paradigms” in the year 2008.
