An academician with 12 years of teaching experience, she is Ph.D. in HR, MBA and M.Com. She has taught in various reputed Management Institutes of Punjab & Mumbai. She has more than 18 publications to her credit in National and International Journals. She has virtually presented one of her research papers in the 10th International Conference on EDULEARN, Spain. Her works has been cited by researchers from Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Australia, China, Denmark and UK. She has authored two ISBN books “Organisation Behaviour” and basic fundamentals book “TQM” She has written various articles in “Letters to the Editor” column for The Tribune, the largest selling English daily newspaper in North India. She has successfully conducted mentorship programs for PGDM and MMS students. Apart from teaching, she is also a professional artist and has 7 years’ experience of working with Interior Designers. |
