Dr. Aditi Misra Tyagi is Assistant Professor with Finance Department at PIMR, Indore. She is an ex-banker turned academician. She served Bank of Baroda as Officer for 7.5 years and subsequently switched to academia and currently holds over a decade of teaching experience in the classroom. Her core areas of expertise include Banking Operations and Management, Entrepreneurship, Indian Knowledge System (IKS), Business Ethics, Leadership, and Sustainability (ESG). A communication expert and management professional, she is passionate about nurturing future leaders through experiential learning and values-based education.
She served as Visiting Faculty at the Institute of Management Studies and other departments at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore for more than a decade. A Master Trainer with NIESBUD, New Delhi, she has led many trainings in the skill education and development sectors with the Government of India.
Dr. Tyagi’s research explores initiation and establishment of start-ups and the application of ethical leadership frameworks rooted in the Indian Knowledge System. She has published her work in reputed UGC-CARE listed journals and presented papers in other national, international conferences. She curates and contributes content on management insights for Chanakya.one.
