CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION AND REFUND POLICY
1. Provisional Nature of Admission
All admissions are provisional and subject to verification of eligibility, submission of required documents, fulfillment of statutory norms, and approval by the competent authority. Enrolment shall be granted only after completion of document verification and fee confirmation.
2. Grounds for Cancellation by the Institute
Admission shall be liable to cancellation at any stage if:
- Eligibility criteria are not fulfilled;
- Required documents are not submitted within the stipulated timeline;
- False, incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information is furnished;
- Admission is obtained through suppression of facts or submission of invalid/forged documents;
- The candidate was debarred from any institution on disciplinary grounds;
- Fees are not paid within the prescribed time.
In such cases, the admission may be cancelled without prior notice and fees may be forfeited as per institutional norms.
3. Provisional Admission of Final-Year Candidates
Candidates admitted provisionally awaiting final result, must submit the required mark sheets within the notified deadline. Failure to meet the prescribed eligibility requirements shall result in automatic cancellation of admission.
4. Voluntary Cancellation by Candidate
A candidate seeking cancellation or withdrawal must apply in the prescribed format through the official admission portal only before commencement of classes. The date of receipt of the complete request shall be considered for determining refund eligibility. Mere non-attendance shall not be treated as cancellation.
5. Refund Policy
Refund of fees shall be governed by the approved institutional norms and applicable regulatory guidelines. The Application Fee and Admission Registration Fee are non refundable. Refund, if any, shall be applicable only to the Academic Fee component and shall be determined based on the date of receipt of the cancellation request and the academic schedule.
6. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds shall be processed through bank transfer to the account furnished by the candidate/parent, subject to verification and approval by the competent authority.
7. Programme Allocation and Institutional Discretion
Allocation to a specific MBA programme is at the sole discretion of the University, considering merit, availability of seats, and institutional requirements. The decision of the University Admission Committee shall be final and binding.
8. Final Authority and Jurisdiction
The Institution’s decision regarding cancellation, forfeiture, or refund eligibility shall be final in all circumstances. Any dispute arising out of admission, cancellation, or refund shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Indore city only.
9. Right to Amend Policy
The University reserves the right to amend, interpret, or withdraw any provision of this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time in accordance with statutory requirements, regulatory guidelines, or institutional decisions. Such modifications shall be binding on all applicants and admitted candidates.
10. Interpretation and Force Majeure
In case of any ambiguity in the interpretation of this policy, the decision of the University shall be final and binding. The University shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to process admissions, cancellations, or refunds due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to government orders, regulatory changes, natural calamities, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
