OAP Caller is a communication application designed to help users manage and review their own call logs and contact information for communication and productivity purposes. This application is intended for individual communication use and is not designed for educational or institutional monitoring.

By using this app, users can view call history, initiate calls, and securely access their own contact list directly on their device.

2. Personal Data We Collect

OAP Caller collects only the minimum data required for core communication features.

a) Call Logs

• Incoming, outgoing, and missed call information
• Call date, duration, and phone number

Purpose: To display call history to the user inside the app

b) Contacts

• Contact names and phone numbers stored on the device

Purpose: To display contacts and allow calling directly from the app

c) Phone State & Call Handling

• Call status (ringing, answered, ended)

Purpose: To enable call-related features such as call initiation and call status detection

Important: We do not collect, upload, sell, or share call logs or contacts with third parties.

3. Comments & User Input (If Applicable)

If the app or associated website allows comments or feedback, we may collect IP address, browser type, and user-submitted content. This information is used only for spam detection and support purposes.

4. Media Uploads

Users are advised not to upload images containing embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Other users may be able to download and extract this information if shared publicly.

5. Cookies (Website Only)

• Cookies may store your name, email, and preferences for convenience
• Login-related cookies may last up to two weeks if “Remember Me” is selected
• Temporary cookies may be used to verify browser compatibility

The mobile application itself does not use cookies.

11. Permissions Explanation (Google Play Compliance)

OAP Caller requests the following permissions strictly for user-initiated communication features:

• READ_CALL_LOG – To show user call history
• READ_CONTACTS / READ_PHONE_NUMBERS – To display contact list
• CALL_PHONE – To allow users to make calls
• ANSWER_PHONE_CALLS – To manage call actions
• READ_PHONE_STATE – To detect call status

These permissions are essential for a caller application and are not used for tracking, advertising, or surveillance.

OAP Caller does not perform automated profiling or decision-making that produces legal or significant effects on users.
