List of Required Documents

The following documents are required to be submitted as part of the admission process. Candidates are advised to ensure that all documents are complete and accurate in all respects.

At the time of document verification, candidates must produce the original documents along with one complete set of photocopies. Self-attested copies shall be submitted at the time of confirmation of admission.

Academic Documents

  • Class X (10th) Mark Sheet
  • Class XII (12th) Mark Sheet
  • Bachelor’s Degree Mark Sheets (all semesters/years, as applicable)
  • Professional Qualification Transcripts (CA/CS/ICWA/CMA), if applicable

Institutional Documents (to be submitted before 31st October)

  • Migration Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate

Work Experience Documents (If Applicable)

  • Work Experience Certificate(s)
  • First and Last Salary Slips as proof of employment

Category / Special Eligibility Documents (If Applicable)

  • SC/ST/NC-OBC/EWS Certificate (as per Government norms)
  • Income Certificate (for Reserved Categories – SC/ST/OBC/Minority, wherever applicable)
  • Disability Certificate and UDID Card for Persons with Disability (PwD)

Other Mandatory Documents

  • Identity Proof and Address Proof (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport, Bank Passbook, etc.)
  • Four recent colour passport-size photographs
  • Affidavit for Gap in Continuous Education (if applicable)
  • Affidavit for Change of Name/Surname (if applicable)
  • AIU Certificate (University Equivalence) – Mandatory for candidates who have completed graduation from overseas universities

Anti-Ragging Compliance

  • All admitted students are required to fill the Anti-Ragging Affidavit online through the designated Government portals (www.antiragging.in or www.amanmovement.org).
  • A printed copy of the submitted Anti-Ragging Affidavit must be submitted to the University at the beginning of the session.

Important Notes

  1. The information contained herein is applicable only for the MBA admission cycle 2026–28. The Institute reserves the right to amend or adopt any new admission process for subsequent admission cycles, as deemed necessary.
  2. Candidates appearing in the final year/final semester of their qualifying examination are also eligible to apply. If selected, such candidates shall be granted provisional admission, subject to fulfilling all eligibility requirements. Such candidates are required to submit proof of completion of their qualifying degree. The last date for submission of the final mark sheet and all requisite documents establishing eligibility shall be submitted before the commencement of I Semester examination timeline. The admission of such candidates shall remain strictly provisional until submission and verification of the final mark sheet and other required documents in accordance with the norms of the Institute.
