His professional journey includes significant roles such as Group Assistant Manager – HR at Prestige Group of Industries, where he handled recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations, and Assistant Manager HR & Admin at SRS Valutech Systems Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Swamy’s academic qualifications include a B.Com and M.Com from R.D.V.V., and an MBA in HR from IGNOU, alongside specialized certifications in Tally ERP9 and Computer Applications. His experience in the corporate sector, including roles in HR management, payroll, and process administration, provides a practical foundation for his teaching.
