Currently serving as a visiting faculty at PIMR, Ms. Rashmi Agrawal is a marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in marketing and entrepreneurship within the IT and hospitality industries. She is the owner of a small business specializing in crafting Nepali idols and is currently the Marketing Manager at Papaya Tree Hotels, where she develops and implements marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract corporate clients.
Previously, she held the position of Bid Manager at DXC India, where she led bid submissions and managed cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Rashmi has a strong foundation in project management, sales, and entrepreneurship, complemented by her robust networking skills.
She holds an MBA in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering from KITS Raigarh. With a passion for social initiatives, she actively contributes to an NGO, Arush, in Bhopal. Rashmi combines creativity with analytical thinking to drive impactful marketing campaigns and foster strong client relationships.
