Padam Shri NN Jain National Moot Court Competition 2024

4th Padam Shri NN Jain National Moot Court Competition 2024 was organized by Department of Law of the Institute on 12-14th April. Moot Court Competition is a simulated court proceeding that allows law students to practice their oral advocacy, legal research, and legal argumentation skills. This year’s event witnessed 54 registrations from esteemed Law Colleges and Institutions featuring over 50 distinguished judges in preliminary rounds.
The event commenced with an inaugural ceremony graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Dr. David Holt, Mayor of Oklahoma, Sri Beldona, Dean and Professor of Management, Oklahoma University, and Shri Pushyamitra Bhargava Ji, Mayor of Indore. The Finals, took place on 14th April, adjudicated by a distinguished panel including Dr. Souvik Roy, Dean of Adamas University, Dr. Kyvalya Garikapati, Associate Professor at KIIT, Kharagpur, and Adv. Sudeep Bhargava. It was followed by the Valedictory ceremony graced by Shri Ishwar Sahai Shrivastav Ji (Retired Judge, Madhya Pradesh) and Shri Manoj Shrivastava Ji, ACP, Crime, Indore.
