About the Program
LL.M. is a postgraduate academic degree in law that allows individuals who already hold a law degree (such as an LL.B. or its equivalent) to specialize in a particular area of law or gain advanced legal knowledge and develop relevant skills. The program comprises a course of a study spread over a period of two years consisting of four semesters and the candidate will be a full-time regular student. The institute offers two areas of specialization in LL.M., namely: Business Law and Criminal Law
Program Outcomes of LL.M (Business Law)
Upon the completion of LL.M. program, the students will be able to:
PO1: Demonstrate knowledge and skills of an expert in Business and Commercial Laws.
PO2: Demonstrate ability to identify problems in law and conduct conclusive research.
PO3: Demonstrate Ethical Behavior.

Eligibility Criteria
An applicant who has successfully graduated with a three-year LL.B. or a five-year LL.B. in an integrated Law degree course from a University established by an Act of Parliament or by a State legislature or an equivalent national institution recognized as a Deemed to be University or foreign University recognized as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by an authority competent to declare equivalence, may apply for LL.M. degree.
Admission Procedure
The Admission will be carried out by the institute as per the rules and schedule announced by the MP Higher Education for Minority Institutions.
