A Ph.D. holder in Management – HR from International Institute of Professional Studies (IIPS), DAVV, Indore and Masters in Human Resource Management from Institute of Management Studies (IMS), DAVV Indore, Bachelors in Commerce from M.K.H.S Gujrati Girls college, Indore.

Having 12 years of rich industrial background as competitive HR Manager specialized in all major HR verticals with renowned Retail sector companies like Reliance Retail Ltd., Future Group, Aditya Birla, Shoppers Stop Ltd. as well 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing profile with Bharti Airtel Ltd. and HDFC Bank Ltd. has developed a strong sense Customer Service in her which helped her to groomed into a better HR professional.

She has a strong Networking and Interpersonal skills. She specialized in conducting and organizing student centric events, competitions, training programs and guest sessions by industry experts also efficient in coordinating all the other important co-curricular student activities like collaborating for student volunteership, internships, industry visits, major research projects for overall student development. She also specializes in student career counselling and one on one coaching, also active in delivering Personality Development training sessions like Effective Communication Skills, Excelling GDPI to help students to crack their campus placement drives.
