Dr. Amrita Baid has attended many National and International Conferences where she has presented research papers in marketing. He has more than 20 research papers, book chapters, and case studies to her credit in peer-reviewed, UGC, SCOPUS, and IEEE journals.
Dr. More has co-authored a book on English following the RGPV syllabus which was published by Gate Academy Publications, Bhilai. She is also a part of the editorial review board and a reviewer for the World Wide Journal of Research and the International Journal of Indian Culture and Business Management, Inderscience Submissions. She has also acted as a Part of the team for the Skills Acquisition and Knowledge Awareness for Livelihood Promotion (SANKALP) project of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
Her research interests include Marketing Strategies, Service Marketing, and Customer Communication.
