Eligibility Criteria

Four Year – Semester Based Full-Time Degree Program

Successful completion of class 12th from M. P. Board of Secondary Education, Bhopal, or an equivalent examination in any stream from any other board recognised by the State Government/University with minimum 50 % marks or an equivalent grade (wherever applicable). A relaxation of 5% in the eligibility criteria shall be admissible to the bonafide Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) applicants. A relaxation of 5% in eligibility will also apply to Persons with Disability (Divyang) as defined by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Three Year – Yearly Based Full-Time Degree Program

10+2 with 50 percentage marks or an equivalent aggregate grade (wherever applicable).

Two Year – Semester Based, Full-Time Degree Program

Graduation or equivalent examination in any stream with a minimum of 50 % marks or an equivalent grade (wherever applicable).

Two Year – Semester Based Full-Time Degree Program

Graduation or equivalent examination in any stream with minimum 50 % marks or an equivalent grade (wherever applicable).

Two Year – Semester Based Full Time Degree Program

Graduation or any other equivalent examination in any subject with 45% marks in aggregate or an equivalent grade (wherever applicable).

Admission Procedure

UG and PG Programmes are admitted through a Regulatory Body Department of Higher Education, Madhya Pradesh. The admissions process in UG Programmes is governed by the Department of Higher Education, Madhya Pradesh, through a Direct Counselling process. Admission shall be done based on the merit of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (10+2 / Degree / Diploma). Interested candidates will need to follow the following procedure:

  • Fill Enquiry form
  • Complete the Registration Process by making a payment of Rs. 1000/-
  • Submit the Admission formalong with the First Instalment of Semester Fees for provisional admission.
  • Documents Required at the Time of Admission/Reporting
  • Copy of mark sheet for 10th and 12th classes (for UG and PG admissions).
    • Copy of mark sheet of all semesters of the Bachelor’s Degree Program (for PG Admissions).
    • Transfer Certificate (in original).
    • Migration Certificate (in original).
    • Affidavit (for change in name/surname).
    • Attach a copy of the Conduct and Character Certificate from the Principal of the institute/school last studied.
    • 5 Photographs of the candidate.
    • 1 Photograph of the Father and 1 of the Mother.
    • Caste certificate in case of SC / ST / OBC.
    • Jain Minority certificate for the Jain community.
    • Gap certificate in case of any gap during study.
